Our eggs come from Jumbo Coturnix Quails which results in larger eggs. This topper is crafted from the entire quail egg — yolk, white, and shell — freeze-dried raw to preserve nutritional architecture. The result is a finely textured topper that adds depth, flavor, and concentrated nutrition to any bowl—without synthetics.

Our quail eggs are raised in Washington State on an NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) farm. This is a voluntary, cooperative program between the poultry industry, state governments, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) targeting improvement of poultry and poultry products. Its primary objective is testing and certification to reduce the spread of certain poultry diseases.
Quail is a game bird and cannot be certified organic. Regardless, our farm raises them on Certified Organic feed, making them exceptional. They are never exposed to hormones, antibiotics, or artificial additives.
Humanely raised and dispatched.
Treat your animal to 1/2 teaspoon of Furikake per 20 lbs of body weight, or at your discretion. Sprinkle it as a topper or offer it straight from your hand.

- 50-80 lbs: 2 tsp
- 80+ lbs: 3 tsp
