We've partnered with Organics Unlimited to supply our bananas. We even inserted ourselves into the supply chain to ensure our bananas arrive to us un-gassed. This is because all bananas arrive into distribution networks which then force-ripen them in large rooms with ethylene gas. We wanted ours without that process step. Aromatic and packed with piperine, this spice also originates from India's Lakadong region, where farmers utilize regenerative farming practices to cultivate the most potent peppercorns. With high amounts of piperine, we use this well sourced ingredient to aide in absorption.
